A continuación citaremos los inconvenientes más comunes que un usuario de Air Navigation Pro puede experimentar. Proponemos las siguientes soluciones rápidas:

Antes de proceder, asegurarse de tener la última versión de Air Navigation Pro instalada.

Verificarlo directamente desde el iPad/iPhone accediendo al App Store - Actualizaciones.

No puedo actualizar Air Navigation Pro a la última versión.: Revise los requerimientos mínimos en este artículo.
Utilizo Air Navigation Pro por primera vez y no veo mapas ni mi posición actual.: Consulte este artículo.
Air Navigation Pro funciona lento, se cierra, se comporta de forma inusual: Reiniciar el iPad/iPhone. Cerrar aplicaciones que no esté utilizando mientras tenga Air Navigation Pro abierto. Revisar nuevas actualizaciones para el iOS. Verificar la recepción del GPS. Desactivar waypoints y/o espacios aéreos que no sean relevantes. Vea como ocultarlos en este artículo.; Si el problema continua, reinstalar Air Navigation Pro haciendo antes una copia de los datos almacenados: consulte este artículo.; Si desea hacer un "crash report", lea este artículo.
Pérdida intermitente de la señal GPS.: Reiniciar dispositivo. Usar la opción «Alternar veloc./curso» desde los ajustes de Air Navigation Pro.
Pérdida total de la señal GPS.: Reiniciar el dispositivo. Revisar el menú «Privacidad» - «Localización» en los ajustes del iPad/iPhone. Asegurarse de tener activado el sensor “iOS Servicio de localización” en el menú Herramientas. Imágenes en el capítulo GPS externo.
Mi dispositivo GPS externo no funciona con AirNavigation Pro.: Reiniciar el iPad/Iphone. Proceda como se explica en el capítulo GPS externo.
Los mapas no se descargan: Reiniciar la red wifi y revisar su funcionamiento adecuado. Apagar el bluetooth.; Intentar con una red Wifi distinta si es posible.
Perdí mis mapas/compras al reinstalar AirNavigation Pro.: Por favor referirse a este artículo.
