Air Nav Pro has a service of a 1-year-subscription package including Obstacles for an entire country with automatic and regular updates. This service is paid and can be acquired through the Addons page.
You will find the settings for the Obstacle display under Map Options - Obstacles. From there, Obstacles can de enabled or hidden as well as filtered by altitude.
