Air Nav Pro has a service of a 1-year-subscription package including obstacles for an entire country with automatic and regular updates.
This is a paid service and can be acquired through the Addons page.
You will find the settings for the obstacle display under "Map Options - Obstacles." From there, Obstacles can de enabled or hidden as well as filtered by altitude.
