The EFIS module is a graphic interface which displays real 3D terrain while flying. In order to use it, you will first need to download the 3D data from the Map Store. This is a complex piece of data and it works for both the EFIS module and the Elevation Graph. So this means that once you have installed it in Air Nav Pro, you won’t need to install the Free Elevation data.

You will show an elevation indicator on your right and a groundspeed indicator on your left.

At the top of the screen, you will show the Heading indicator.

In the middle of the screen the Artificial Horizon. EFIS code engine has been programmed to work close to a real one.

At the bottom, there`s a green button that shows a different label depending on how and where you are flying.


You might show the following:

Editbutton.jpg You can freely navigate throughout the terrain in this mode.

Calibrate.jpg Press it for 2 seconds to calibrate it according to your device`s position.

Gmini.jpg This will show it when using an AHRS G mini gadget.

Xplane.jpg You will show it when using Air Nav Pro with X-Plane.

Fsx.jpg You will show it when using Air Nav Pro with FSX.


In order to make use of the Artificial Horizon and heading indicator, you must have an iPad/iPhone with internal gyroscopes (iPhone 4/4S/iPad 2 and newer versions).
